Let's Get Toasted Hat: A Funny Trucker Cap for Campfire Season

Camping humor is a real category, and marshmallows are the best part of it. If someone you know plans every fall weekend around a fire pit, the Let's Get Toasted embroidered trucker hat is the kind of small gift that gets a laugh and gets worn. It is $24.95 at Nu'Jants, and the page spells out the details.

What the listing says

The Let's Get Toasted Embroidered Trucker Hat page presents it as an embroidered trucker hat for camping lovers. The graphic is described as capturing the lake day spirit, and the embroidery is paired with a breathable mesh back for comfort.

The specs, as listed

• 100% cotton.

• 6 panel construction with embroidery.

• Snapback closure.

• One size fits most.

• Care: hand wash cold, no dryer.

The page adds a note that you should allow 5 to 7 business days for processing and shipping. Shipping itself is a flat $5.99, but it is worth knowing about the processing window if you are buying for a specific date.

Colors

The option list has four colors: blue, red, green and black. If you are not sure what he likes, black is the easiest to wear with anything, and blue and green fit the outdoors theme.

Why a funny hat works as a gift

A joke on a hat is low pressure. It is cheaper than a jacket, it is easy to wear, and the person wearing it gets to share the joke with everyone they meet. For a camper, it also gets used. A hat comes along on every trip, which is more than you can say for most gifts.

Who to give it to

• The friend who always brings the marshmallows and the long sticks.

• A scout leader or a camp counselor.

• Your brother who plans the family campout every year.

• Anyone who needs a stocking stuffer under $25.

Taking care of it

Follow the page's care note. Hand wash it in cold water and let it air dry. A trucker hat does not need much, but skipping the dryer keeps the shape and the embroidery in good condition.

Build a campfire gift set

A hat plus a few small items makes a gift that looks planned. The Portable Camping Gas Stove with Carrying Case is $32.95 and the Camping Is My Therapy unisex tee is $27.95. For shelter, the camping tent and tarp comparison explains two options. And if the angler in the group needs a hat too, the Only Fins hat post covers it.

Paying for it

Shipping at Nu'Jants is a flat $5.99 on every order, and Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm are available at checkout if you would rather pay in 4. A share of every Nu'Jants sale also goes to the American Red Cross.
